AIR COOLER FOR BLOWERS
The air temperature from the air blowers can be as high as 135 degrees centigrades. Cooling is useful to prevent oil leakage from the pellets and to prevent the feed pipes from clogging. We use a metal coil which we deploy in the sea. They offer a low pressure drop, good cooling and are reliable. Normally made of marine aluminium.

CLEANING PIG
The cleaning pig easily and effecively cleanes the inside of the distribution valve. The pig is blowed through the pipe with som moisture and takes with it a lot of feed leavings. This enures a hygienic distribution valve and clean and fresh feed.

STAINLESS STEEL PIPES AND LONG BENDS
GMT distributes stainless steel pipes and bend. There are both straight lengths and induction bent long bends.
Pipe supports for feed pipes are made to customers spesifications.
GMT U-BOLTS
Designed and fabricated by GMT for fixing the feed pipe. The feed pipes are normally made of Polyethylene and are very slippery. The U-bolt with the rubber insert prevents the feed pipe to slip away. A proven product and a must for any installation in rough weather conditions.
DUST KIT
The dust kit helps you to control the amount of crushed pellets during feeding. A filter catches feed and measures how much of the feed that is being crushed.

FEED PIPES
JT supplies all types of feed pipes:
- Standard dimentions: Ø40mm, Ø50mm, Ø63mm, Ø75mm and Ø90mm PEH pipes
- White feed pipes: white feed pipes has the same quality as black PEH pipes, but they are partly transparent. They will not heat up in daylight and it is easy to see cloggings
- Robust and flexible feed pipes for transporting
The custormer decides the length of the pipe. The coils are from 75-500 meters
