Patrick is involved in preconstruction and design, develops construction drawings through the use of AutoCAD, Revit, Navusworks. He manages the project estimate to help the team maintain their project budgets. He project manages and ensures the project is a success from preconstruction to final occupancy.
-Attends all design meetings -Responds to RFI's and Permitting questions
-Provides budget updates -Attends PM meetings
-Manages the Electrical Estimate -Handles all material buyout
-Provide Value Engineering concepts -Coordinates schedule with GC and JT
Patrick has over 14 years experience in the electrical industry - 6 years as a field journeyman and 3 years as a project foreman (running crews of up to 20 men). The last 4 years he worked as a lead designer & design manager, estimator and project manager in the design build industry.
